Carlos Alers is a seasoned commercial real estate and structured finance professional with over a decade of experience in acquisitions, capital markets, construction oversight, and complex deal structuring. As Managing Broker of Space Finder Inc. and Branch Manager in the mortgage sector, Carlos operates at the intersection of brokerage, underwriting strategy, and capital advisory.
With 13+ years of hands-on construction and rehab experience, he brings a rare operator’s perspective to commercial transactions—understanding not just valuation and cash flow, but also cost-to-complete analysis, value-add execution, and asset repositioning strategies. His expertise spans multi-tenant industrial assets, mixed-use buildings, church and nonprofit acquisitions, DSCR-based investment properties, and structured financing solutions including interest-only facilities, seller-financed structures, asset depletion programs, and non-QM commercial debt.
